The Club Med services are performed under medical oversight and require appropriate assessment. Your provider will confirm you’re a candidate and adjust your plan for safety and results.

Each membership includes a complimentary anniversary treatment option. When your anniversary month arrives, our team will help you select the eligible option that best matches your goals and schedule.

You’ll earn loyalty points on dollars spent at Proof—$1 spent = 1 point. Points can be used toward eligible rewards (based on our current loyalty offerings).

On the first Thursday and Friday of every month, members can bring a guest to experience Proof with member pricing for the day. If your guest joins The Proof Collective that day, they’ll receive a special welcome gift.

Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the individual member. (You can bring a guest to Proof & Plus One days for member pricing.)

Membership discounts and credits don’t apply to certain offers like packages and tox banks, and they can’t be combined with other Proof memberships or promotions.

Credits do not expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, any remaining credits/benefits may be subject to the membership terms and exclusions.

You can’t cancel during the initial 6-month term. After 6 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Your membership fee is billed automatically each month. Payments are final and non-refundable.
