Proof Aesthetics Policies

At Proof Aesthetics, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience and high-quality products and services. Please review the following policies carefully prior to booking or purchasing.

1. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

We require advance notice for any appointment changes to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur the following fees:

  • $50 fee for 30-minute appointments
  • $100 fee for 60-minute appointments
  • $150 fee for 90-minute appointments

No-Shows

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in the same fee listed above, and may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service fees may still apply.

Proof Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service or require deposits for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

2. Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled outside of 24 hours
  • Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within the cancellation window or do not show

3. Membership Policy

Proof Aesthetics memberships are designed to reward consistency and support long-term skin and wellness goals.

Membership Payments

All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

Monthly Credits

Monthly membership credits:

  • Are added automatically each month
  • Do not expire unless otherwise stated
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • May only be used by the member listed on the account

Membership Discounts

Membership discounts apply only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Pausing or Cancelling Membership

Membership cancellation or pause requests must be submitted in writing to hello@proofaesthetics.com. Terms, minimum commitment periods, and cancellation eligibility may vary by membership type.

Proof Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, and benefits at any time with notice.

4. Retail Products (Skincare + Merchandise)

We take pride in offering carefully curated products. Due to health and safety standards:

  • All opened or used products are final sale
  • Unopened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We do not offer refunds on skincare products unless required by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)
  • Not eligible for replacement if lost or stolen

Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and products at Proof Aesthetics.

6. Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services

Prepaid packages and treatment bundles are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • May be used only by the original purchaser unless otherwise approved in writing

If a package expires (if applicable), remaining sessions may be forfeited.

7. Medical Aesthetic Services

All injectable treatments and medical aesthetic services are final sale once performed.

Because results vary and depend on individual biology, lifestyle, and medical history:

  • No refunds are offered for completed treatments
  • Additional treatment may be recommended to achieve desired outcomes and is not included unless stated

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is submitted for a valid charge, Proof Aesthetics reserves the right to:

  • Suspend membership privileges
  • Require full payment prior to booking future services
  • Decline future appointments

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. Proof is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access that arises from your failure to protect your login information.

We disclaim all liability for unauthorized use of your Account that is not caused by Proof.

4. Sale of Products

The Website may allow you to purchase Products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Product listings on the Website are invitations for you to make an offer to purchase, not offers to sell. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send an order confirmation.

We may cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • quantity limitations,
  • pricing or listing errors,
  • regulatory restrictions,
  • suspected fraud, or
  • payment authorization issues.

If we cancel after your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may modify Products, pricing, or availability at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.

Except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law, all sales are final.

5. Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Shipping and handling (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • the payment method is valid and authorized, and
  • you are authorized to use it.

We comply with applicable payment network rules and third-party processor requirements. Payment providers may impose additional terms; you agree to comply with those terms.

Proof is not responsible for:

  • fees charged by your bank or card issuer,
  • payment authorization failures, or
  • delays or non-delivery caused by payment verification processes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

If Products are shipped, you are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the Product is delivered to the carrier. Proof is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Returned packages due to address errors, refusal, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be subject to restocking and/or reshipping fees, as permitted by law and as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Opened/used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Service packages and memberships are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree not to attempt to access restricted areas of Proof’s systems or use the Website in a way that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the Website or Services.

You agree not to:

  • hack, probe, or attempt to bypass security measures,
  • scrape, data mine, or use bots without written permission,
  • mirror or frame the Website without written consent,
  • create multiple accounts for abuse, resale, or transfer, or
  • engage in behavior that undermines the integrity of the Website or Services.

We may take any action we deem necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Website and Services.

9. Your Comments & User Content

If the Website allows you to submit content (reviews, comments, feedback, etc.) (“User Content”), you agree not to post anything that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory,
  • is obscene, sexually explicit, or violent,
  • violates a third party’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.),
  • contains malware or harmful code, or

We may (but are not required to) monitor, remove, or restrict User Content at any time.

You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Website, Services, Products, and Proof Materials.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or Services at any time without notice. We may terminate these Terms and your access to the Website or Services at our discretion.

If a full syringe is not used during your initial lip filler appointment, the remaining product may be used at a 2-week follow-up visit, at the provider’s discretion.

If discussed and requested during your consultation, up to 0.5 syringe may be reserved for the same patient and must be used within 6 months of the original treatment date.

A $150 injection fee will apply for any additional visit needed to use remaining product.

Any unused product after 6 months will be forfeited and cannot be credited or refunded.
