PROCEDURES

How many units or syringes will I need?

The specific amount of product needed varies based on anatomy and aesthetic goals. As part of our complementary consultation, you and your provider will be able to discuss your goals, suitability, risks, and treatment plan.

When will I see results from my treatment?

Most people see results from injectable treatments like Botox within 7-10 days. For filler treatments, results are immediate, with swelling residing over the next 2 weeks. Your provider will discuss your individual factors and treatment specifics that influence the timeline.

What will help reduce swelling and bruising?

To reduce swelling and bruising at home, it is recommended to apply a cold compress, avoid strenuous activities, and following specific aftercare instructions provided. Arnica gel or supplements may also help. Consult your provider for personalized advice.

Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend or suggest and treatments or procedures without consulting your OBGYN first.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance for our treatments.

What types of payment do you take for treatments in office?

We accept all major credit cards and accept personal checks.

Do you have deals, specials, or promotions?

Yes, all of our online treatment packages are at least 20% off the normal service price. We also have promotions that will be announced on our social channels, website and emails.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Is there a waitlist for appointments?

Yes, if there is no availability, you will have the opportunity to add yourself to the waitlist during booking.

Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?

Yes! We have space for one companion per treatment room.

POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show. To respect your business, your cancellation fee will be used as a credit towards your next appointment with us.

For group appointments, there is a seventy two (72) hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $100 if canceled less than seventy two (72)  hours in advance. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. 

Consultation Policy
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days.

Your privacy is essential to us. The following outlines our privacy policy to help you understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and use personal information. 

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is collected. We will collect and use personal information solely to fulfill our specified purposes and for other compatible purposes. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. 

You can permanently disable your account and remove your information from our database at any time by sending an email to hello@proofaesthetics.com. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy. 

These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled. 

We collect information automatically as you navigate the site or through our analytics providers. We may store usage information such as the type of device you use to access our Website, including IP address, device ID, the pages you visit or request, links clicked, referring sites, user interactions, and your search terms. We also derive your location from your IP address. 

Returns & Refund Policy

If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging unopened within thirty (30) days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.  

Prepayments are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase. Services received can not be refunded. 

Pricing & Prepayments Policy

Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).  

If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit card, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash or check.

Child Policy
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services. 
Pet Policy
Even though we are pet LOVERS, for the health and safety of our clients, we have a No-Pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
